INDIA ORDERS : Express Delivery (2-3 Working Days)Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) We will send customer orders within 1-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS : Express International Delivery (1-5 Working Days)Standard International Delivery (7-15 Working Days)We will send customer orders within 1-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Please be aware - you will be charged a handling fee, which will be equal to the cost of postage if you refuse to pay customs charges at the border and potentially more if borders destroy the goods.
SHIPPPING INFORMATION : If in the event that orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible to pay for the redelivery. International orders may incur a customs inspection, we cannot be held accountable for the length of time it takes for your order to be passed through, as we always provide the correct paperwork.
PRE-ORDER : If items you have purchased are on PRE-ORDER they will be shipped in line with the time period stated on the product page. However, we can not be held accountable for any external factors that may affect the original time period stated. If an order includes an item that is listed under PRE-ORDER in the description, your full order will be shipped together.
How can I track my parcel ? As soon as we start packing your order CASUAL CUSTODY will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.
What if I never received my item? We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave CASUAL CUSTODY facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping courier . We will provide you with the address, shipping courier information, tracking information, and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping courier.
