CANCELLATION/RETURN/REFUND : Cancellations, Returns and Refunds are not possible against any order.We do have Exchange Policy.To initiate an exchange , please contact our customer support team with ORDER ID , size purchased, and size exchange requested at teamcasualcustody@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item . We will respond back to you within 24 hours.

All exchange products must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it in. If the exchange is approved the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us at the address we'll provide .

Exchange will be processed once we receive the returned product.
